First and foremost, I have always considered myself an Artist who happened to be a dab hand at other things.

I was making art before I could string a sentence together, but began seriously considering my potential to extend my practice into other branches of the creative realm whilst at art school in Leeds back in 2014.

Ever curious, whilst others were zoning in on their specialisms (painting, sculpture, so on and so forth) I decided to reject the idea entirely, and spent my time exploring everything and anything that was on offer.

And so, throughout the years, I have brandished the titles of photographer to sculptor, installation to performance artist - I’ve got a fierce and relentless hunger to create, and feel lucky enough to now have the know-how to execute any concept to fruition.

After graduating, naturally my surroundings and resources got a whole lot smaller, so I set upon printmaking; hunched over lino blocks til the wee hours between a handful of jobs to make ends meet.

Nowadays I am privileged enough to make a living from what I do, but that same old tenacity and passion is part of my DNA as a creative.
